Katie Hitchcock-Smith is an Associate Editor for The American Moderate.
From her first Government class at Smith College Katie became fascinated with free speech, public policy and the political process. She went on to work in Senator Elizabeth Warren's Office, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and on Maura Healey's successful campaign for Attorney General. Currently, she is the President of the Smith College Bipartisan Coalition, which has recently been featured in the Boston Globe for its success in creating civil political debate on campus. In her spare time she boxes, and runs track at Smith College -- holding the school record for the 60 meter hurdles. Katie aspires to go into public service.
